Susan a1982 graduate of UTD with a Bachelors in Business and Public Administration. Her work history includes 10 years in medical management, 2 years as a financial analyst in a corporate environment and 20 years in dental management. She has attended numerous seminars on business and dental management and strives to improve patient services and satisfaction.

Susan is a native Dallasite and Texan who has only been away from the area when her husband was transferred to southern California. She lives with her husband, Allen, and their Westie - Murphy, in far north Dallas
